I am back!!

So I have good news! I have passed my Real Estate exam and I Am officially a Licensed Agent! Woo hooooo

So I did abandon my blog for a bit because I lost my focus due to all the excitement of my license but I am back with full vengeance. I am on my iPad and it's not the best thing in the world when I write on my blog so tomorrow I will continue with my daily blog of my diets and fitness routines.

I also wanted to congradulate my husband for having the top rating app on iTunes! It was even featured in a Apple commercial. The app is called "Billing" which is a credit card terminal for your iPhone, itouch, and iPad. If you have a business you can run credit card purchases on the app. The website is www.spartadata.com

I will see you guys tomorrow!

"The Only Way of Finding the Limits of the Possible is by Going Beyond the Impossible"

My week has started of great! My clean eating and excerise is going smooth. I woke up this morning feel light and refreshed.

The only thing that has me down is the Florida Real Estate exam. I have failed by one point! I have it scheduled again for this Friday. The exam is not easy at all. They give you trick questions and all the answers seem right. This has me on a downer but hopefully I will pass this time.

As always here is my eating for today ( I will post as I consume)

Meal One: 6 Eggs Whites with deli turkey and onions, banana, water
Meal Two: protein shake

Workout:
Plyometrics

Earn your Carbs

I had a great weekend. My cold did not totally ruin my weekend! I went to the Everyglades with my son and husband and hiked. It was beautiful.

Today I start my new goal which is "Earn your Carbs". I have done this before my pregnancy when I was doing Fitness competitions and I was very successful with this program.

My day will consist of Lean protiens, veggies, yogurt, and fuitts. In order to earn my carbs such as wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, and pasta I will need to have an intense workout. So after I finish my workout I can consume my carb. You only have a one hour window period to do this after your workout.

Here is an article to better explain:

Meal four: Yogirt
Meal Five: Tuna Salad with almonds

Each week I will be adding a goal. For next week, my goal will be to earn my carbs as well as start mt weight training. I will explain later what "earn you carbs" means.

Anyhow here is my diet for today:

I Never Start on Mondays

Well this is my first blog and I am so excited to share it with the world!

First of all let me introduce myself. My name is Michelle and I am the mother of a beautiful three year old boy named Lucas and the wife of my wonderful high school sweetheart. I work from home selling timeshares.

Before my son I was a very athletic person. I would eat healthy and workout everyday. During my pregnancy I gained 70 pounds! After the birth I got back on my feet and lost 50 lbs.

I know many women and men are in my shoes, trying to lose those last pounds! So I started this blog to share my daily diet, workouts, and thoughts. Everyone is welcome to ask me questions and post! I know now that with a blog that I am held accountable for my fitness journey.

So here is my first thought on this life changing blog:

I NEVER START MY DIET ON MONDAYS. I ALWAYS START TODAY!

Research shows that the percentage of failing a diet and fitness routine when you start on a Monday increases! I know this because it has happened to me in the past. I always start my goals TODAY. So since I started my goal TODAY, I will share with you my weight t, my diet, and my workout routine for today.

Weight After Pregnancy: 200 pounds
Weight as of 01/13/2011: 150Lbs
Goal: 120Lbs

Diet:

Meal 1: 5 Egg whites, chopped onions, and 2 slices of deli turkey. Medium Banana. Full glass of water
Meal 2: Low Fat Yogurt, full glass of water
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwich on 100% Wheat Bread, salad, 1/2 cup of grapes, full glass of water
Meal 4: Protien Shake, full glass of water
Meal 5: Grilled Chicken with onions. 2 cups of green veggies, full glass of water
